【Definition of Holiday & Weekday】

※ Non-Holiday: Sunday ~ Thursday
※ Holiday: Friday, Saturday, national holidays, and consecutive holidays
※ Flat Rate: During Chinese Lunar Year Holiday (from lunar New Year’s eve ~ lunar Jan. 04)

【Reservation Procedures】

(1) Please call to confirm room availability or make reservation before come in.
(2) Once confirmed by phone, please remit reservation deposit in 3 days (50% of the room rate and 100% of the room rate for Chinese lunar New Year room reservations). Room will be cancelled without notices if the deposit is not received within the retention period.
(3) After remittance, please call to confirm your name, time, and date. Our contact phone are 【+886 3 8225258】【+886 3 8228855】。
(4) We will reserve the room for you when we receive the deposit. The remaining room rate will be charged upon arrival

【Cancellation or Extending You Stay】

※ Cancellation is made 6 days prior to the check-in date (does not include the check-in date): remitted deposit can be held as a credit up to six month or can be fully returned. However, 5% handling fee will be charged.

※ Cancellation is made 3 days to 5 days prior to the check-in date (does not include the check-in date): 10% handling charge is collected or one can choose to change the check-in date 【check-in date can be changed one time only. After the change, no more cancellation is allowed. If there is a need for cancellation, 100% deposit will be collected as the handling charge】.

※ Cancellation is made 2 days prior to the check-in date (does not include the check-in date): 50% handling charge is collected, or one can choose to change the check-in date 【check-in date can be changed one time only. After the change, no more cancellation is allowed. If there is a need for cancellation, 100% deposit will be collected as the handling charge】.

※ Cancellation is made 1 days prior to the check-in date or made at the check-in date: 100% handling charge is collected (we are sorry but no change can be made at this time).

※ Deposit can be returned only when there is natural disasters such as typhoon or earthquakes causing Hualien county government or guest’s residential government to announce to stop class and work. In such circumstance, guests can also choose to retain the deposit as a credit here, only that he/she should choose a date to stay within 3 month.

【Precautions】

※ No pet is allowed.
※ No smoking, alcohol drinking, and betel nut eating in all indoor areas.
※ Please bring personal items with you all the time and keep them in safe places. We are not responsible for any lost items.
※ Please present your identity document at check-in for our records on file and settle the room charge.
※ In order to maintain the resort’s living quality, please lower your voice after 22:00. After this time, please do not make loud noises and keep your voice down to avoid affecting other quests.
※ In order to maintain your living quality, please do not bring more than the people designed for the reserved room type. If there will be more people coming in, please advise us in advance.
※ There will be some promotional activities during the weekday period, except in winter vacations or summer vacations.
